How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time varies between 10 days to 15 working days . The dispatch of the order is made within 48 hours.
Due to the current epidemiological situation, some orders may take longer. Our team works day and night to offer you a fast delivery service.
I ordered several items, why did I only receive one?
If this happens, don't panic. We are dealing with a large number of orders, for this reason you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products.
How to order on the site?
You just have to choose the product you want to buy and click on the button "To buy" (to proceed directly to payment) or by clicking on the button "Add to Cart".
If you choose the second option, you will be redirected to your shopping cart. You must therefore click on the button "Proceed to payment" to finalize your order.

We are a Canadian company based in Montreal. Our products are made in Asia.

How to wash period panties?
- Rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear.
- Put it in the washing machine and choose a cold cycle. If possible, put it in a laundry bag to protect it. Be careful not to use fabric softener.
